• 2:30 – 2:45 PM – Announcements, introduction of new guests, and fun activities (songs/jokes by members)
• 2:45 – 3:30 PM – Talks by expert speakers, interactive games, and discussions
• 3:30 – 4:00 PM – Tea and snacks (brought by attendees)
