We strive to make the golden years of seniors of Indian origin enjoyable, rewarding, and fulfilling.

    • Presentation by Ride Connections – Supporting Mobility for Seniors
    • Social and Emotional Wellness – Manju & Aslam Jain of Creative Pause
    • Management and Care of Arthritis – Dr. Meenakshi Aggarwal, MD, FAAFP
  2. Tasty and Healthy Snack Challenges: Many members participated—much to the delight of our samplers!

  4. Multi-generational Summer Picnics:
    • Orenco Woods National Park – July
    • Cook Park – August
    • Bus trip to Silver Falls – September
  5. Weekend Nature Walks: Easy weekly walks at scenic nature reserves in our area.
  6. Bingo Games: Held every Monday and Thursday.
  7. Diwali Party: A huge success—thanks to the participation of both the young and young at heart in our community!
  8. Golmaal – Our First Play Production: Written, directed, and performed exclusively by ASIO Seniors!

JOIN ASIO for a token annual membership of $40/person.
Spouses may sign up individually at $40 each, or as a couple (Primary & Secondary) for a total of $80/couple.
